we went for fish plants but unfortunately they only had a few plants left.

My dog and I are regulars here - huge range of pet foods, treats, toys and accessories, with facilities for dog washes and a vet adjoining them. The staff are always happy to help and the range of food is amazing. We seem to be coming here almost as often as my wife & I go to Woolworths for human food"!"

Today me and my partner saw a 5 month old kitten that was just gorgeous, we have been wanting a kitten for quite a while as we have an older cat who would love a friend.We went to the manager whose name is “Hannah” to ask for more information. She asked if we had a cat we said ” yes” and then she began to give us attitude and said “ no as this cat can’t be around other cats” that was the end of the conversation and she walked off and wouldn’t give us any more information.We then rang cat haven, as they are in charge of the information that goes on the paperwork of the kitten. The lady on the phone said that we could go ahead with the adoption as it was a kitten and it could grow to enjoy having a friend.Cat haven then spoke to the manager. This is where it went down hill, she was telling cat haven that we pretty much wouldn’t be suitable for kitten and that we shouldn’t have called you she was bad mouthing us! ( wasn’t very nice to listen to)After the phone call Hannah was very aggressive and so angry that she couldn’t get her words right .My partner was remaining calm and he then said that it wasn’t our intention to go behind your back, we just wanted to view our options and see why the kitten wasn’t good around cats. As she wouldn’t give us this info.She then ignored us for 5 seconds and then continued to be aggressive and saying that “we did!” She was Just being very unprofessional about the whole situation.It’s upsetting as we come here quit regularly and to be spoken to like that is just horrible and nobody should be treated like that.I’ve also have seen this has happened before as there are more reviews about the manager.I think city farmers should look into this more and view out your options for who is in change!Hannah’s body language, aggressiveness and rudeness is disgusting !She obviously thinks animals should stay in the cage as she isn’t giving anyone a chance.I don’t like talking this way but this is a serious problem.

A great place to get ripped off! $180 for a 15kg bag of dog biscuits but $128 if you sign up as a regular client. That is a huge $52 difference. If you take up their walk off the streer price match offer at the counter you can walk out paying alot less. What a great place not to shop........

The two shepherds in the car are over the moon when we stop at City Farmers (there's usually an extra treat to bring back).
