ULTIQA Signature at Broadbeach

Great location for all at Broadbeach. New apartment block with compact but clean units. Didn’t use any of the facilities or even look at them so can’t comment, was there for an event so didn’t really hang around. Everything we required was in the apartment. Great view of ocean and hinterland from apartment floor to ceiling windows. Would possibly stay again though is a little pricey.

Loved our 6 night stay in a two bedroom,2 bathroom apartment. Great balcony and view. Short walk the train, pacific fair, casino and bars and restaurants. All of the appliances were very user friendly. Would stay again.

Fantastic Resort - HOT Spa, HOT Pool, HOT Sauna and Steam room. All SOOO good to soothe the aches and pains when there is a chill in the air. The cinema room is fantastic to watch movies and chill out. Such a modern resort and the apartments are lovely and clean. The staff are super friendly and happy to help with any request. Just a 2 minute walk to all the restaurants in Broadbeach and 5 minutes to Pacific Fair for the best shopping.

Nice stay at Signature. Few minor issues. Single beds are not full single and extremely small. Too small and uncomfortable for any teenager. Master bedroom curtains do not cover windows completely and so room was extremely light in the morning. Pool area beautiful however very windy and not a lot of sun beds. Our view of the beach was great. Staff friendly. Overall we had a great stay

STUNNING infinity pool and spa that is heated for these cold winter days. Sauna and steam room were also a bit hit! And there’s also a private cinema!!!! We are blown away, great amenities in a fantastic location, there is a sea of restaurants just down the street.Our room was Devine with a beautiful view of the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay!!!

First Class accommodations in a great location with everything in walking distance. The staff were wonderful which made you feel at home. The apartments are new and very classy. The rates are really great when you consider what you are getting and the location. Will definitely return in the future and would highly recommend.

The room was nice but not suited to weekly stay, the entire floor except bathroom had an off white carpet ,, the chairs hard to move on it , the cheapest toaster you could by , could not fit fruit toast .Tiny water glasses , no whisky glasses, cheap 2 ply toilet roll , no tissues, shower base leaked , rubbish shute not working , only 5 coat hangers . The bedroom was tiny with the smallest bed side tables . Open the wardrobe and you are confronted with the electrical switch board. Dirty windows .Had to request decent towels,The apartment although new was not equipped to the standard that it promoted when compared to other apartments we have stayed at ,eg KoKo just opposite
