Very rude and unfriendly I assume owner or manager. She was not helpful or nice. Young man Nathan however very nice seemed embarrassed by way I was treated. Won't be shopping there and would not recommend based on this one experience. I'll stick to pet barn lismore always friendly and helpful

Worst pet store. Charged me double the retail price on a filter than everyone else and when I found out I contacted them about their prices and was told too bad. Their prices are double what you'd pay anywhere else. Rude and unhelpful. Don't shop here.

Big shoutout to Kimmi, Jenny and Remi (Store Employees and Store Manager) they were so friendly and helpful! Spent over a hour with them while they helped me find products for my difficult cat, kelpie puppy and arthritic older dog! So many specials that definitely helped my end total! Store was clean! So much variety!My new local!

I’ve been feeling overwhelmed about sorting an issue with my dog, I went in and mentioned this and asked for assistance and the woman with dark hair and glasses stopped what she was doing immediately to help me. She was really friendly and knowledgeable and helped my anxiety about the situation by listening and providing solutions in a really professional and caring manner. Thank you :)

Good variety. Ok prices. Horrible customer service if you have an issue. Went in to return faulty product. They didn't want to do it and basically tried to blame us.

Rude staff that do not listen. Went in there 2 buy Nex Guard for my dog and asked would they be able to estimate her weight they said sure I explained she was a fairly small thin 2yr old girl boarder collie she estimated 40Kg I said I don't think she'd be that big.. she ignored me didn't even acknowledge my response. She then went on to ignore what I said again buy trying to convince me to buy another brand even after I explained again I was only interested in buying nex gaurd. In the end I told her not to worry as I didn't think 40kg was right weight and I only wanted nex guard brand and they also don't sell them in singular packets!!! She gave me the most horrid disgusted look when I said don't worry about it. Went to the keen street vet instead and it took all of about 1min to get exactly what I needed. And I was right she was very off dog only weighed 17kgs... A few weeks before I also had an issue there with trying to buy a repellent collar for a puppy and a woman and man working there didn't know if it was suitable for a 9 week puppy after they spent a few minutes reading the info provided on pack they still couldn't find it so then just said most people just wait till 12 weeks. This seemed very unprofessional and they should of just been upfront and said they aren't sure. The other dog products such as collars and toys are also very expensive price's. Wont be coming again.

Not locals to Lismore and spoke to the staff who were more than happy to help us out. In particular we would mention Kimmi, her service and advice was outstanding, to the point, we went back to purchase items to take back home. We will be ordering our products from them from now on. Thank you to the whole team at Lismore, Kimmi your outstanding.
