I was missing a small nut from my seat post and William went above and beyond to help me figure out a solution when he discovered he didn’t have the right cylindrical nut in store. Really appreciated his help, and would definitely recommend!

Only giving 1 as can’t give 0. Took a second hand bike in to get looked at as had a clicking sound near the bottom bracket.Dropped it off midweek and the shop owner said he was busy but would do it today or tomorrow. Completely understood and thanked him.Called him the next day to see how things were going only to be told. “Remember how I told you I’ll call when it’s done”. Was very taken aback by this and went to pick up the bike immediately. Unfixed. Rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in a shop. Such a shame as it’s local but will obviously never go there again.

Rang the shop trying to find a tool and i was asked what i needed it for, got told to come in and they would fix for me on the spot if i preferred. Headed in and ended up staying a while to chat and for advice.Fantastic helpful local bike store. Next bike purchase will be visiting William for sure.

Went in on a quiet saturday to order some parts and found the owner, William, to initially be very rude. Despite this I placed the order as Beach Road Cycles is my local bike shop. Upon collection of the order William was like a changed man, much more friendly and even took it upon himself to freshly grease and adjust the hubs on the wheels I ordered - a nice touch! The shop is small but seems well stocked with good quality parts.

I needed a full service of my bike involving crank bearings, rear hub bearings replacements, stem adjustment, and the usual servicing work and Will did an amazing job with a great attention to details; rare these days. I strongly recommend this professional, he certainly knows what he is doing.

Excellent service. Passionate people!If you want to get your bike fixed or buy a new bike, this is THE place to go.William has so much knowledge that you would make great informed decision. I’m comparing with shops I dealt with in Port Melbourne and St Kilda and these guys are by far the best. My bike was so well serviced, I could ride the tour de France!

We came into Beach Road with a newly purchased second-hand bike. The shop is a little hard to find, tucked away in an industrial estate, but the guys were friendly, helpful and approachable and helped us get on the road in no time! They quoted for work as they went and gave us honest advice to suit our needs. If we lived more locally I would definitely use them regularly. Thanks for great customer service!
