Tobruk Drive Lookout
This is a great spot to get a view over the valley and also of Table Top Mountain. We stopped here before climbing the mountain and the view was spectacular. The area seems well maintained, a sealed road, relatively clean toilets (for a public toilet anyway). Seeing as it’s only a few minutes out of Toowoomba it’s a easy spot for a drive.

Picnic Point lookout affords excellent views of the Lockyer Valley towards the east from Toowoomba.

Tobruk Drive Lookout
As a support worker with a lot of indigenous clients I like to take them for a drive to picnic point and then on to Toobruk Memorial Drive where there is a fantastic viewing platform showcasing Tabletop mountain and the lockyer valley beyond. The clients and I enjoy reading the picture boards depicting the history of One Tree Hill, the battle that took place there and the original custodians of the land surrounding tabletop. I'm really impressed with the commemorative work that has been done here and the fact there is a proper yarning circle not too far away is great too.

The views are amazing and it's large enough to find a place to gather without disrupting anyone else. There are a few bins spread out along the wayside. Regardless, it's a shame people leave rubbish behind.

Stunning views it’s a real shame just how try it is up there but still so much wildlife as soon as you park the car you’re greeted by plenty of birds.Very quiet perfect place to get away. And a wonderful view of table top mountain.Great spot for a picnic with plenty of shade, tables and even bbqs

Stunning panoramic view.Its mid December and the weather is absolutely perfect.There are lots of little parking bays as you drive along and a path that connects it all along the edge of the ridge.The lookout is wheelchair and pram accessible.

Great views at Tabletop mountain and the range from here. There are picnic tables and chairs, so you can have a nice picnic with a view.
