After ringing three companies for a quote, EW Glass was the company that promptly returned my call, arranged an appointment time, called enroute, provided a quote within 24 hours, and then had the Hakuna cat flap professionally installed in our window. All up from intial phone call, less than 24-hours. The staff of Alice and John actually went to Bunnings to get the cat flap for me because I was injured and unable to drive. Seriously, a great team with excellent service. Thank you.

I had a dog door installed in my window in November 2021 by EW Glass - John and Sophie were brilliant!They advised me on the best dog door, position and glass strength in a friendly, informative manner and were at no time pushy. A job absolutely well done! I had a pet door installed in a glass sliding door. EW Glass were so knowledgeable and professional and friendly from start to finish. The installation was hard because the roof of my house was bowing down and causing the frame to bend and yet they installed the panel like such pros. They took on the challenge and executed it to perfection. I think this is where years of experience comes into play. It’s probably easy to get a job done when everything is right, the trick is in getting it done when there are challenges. Their prices are competitive and if I had known earlier, I wouldn’t have bothered going anywhere else for quotes.

Fantastic service. Called about a cracked Audi side mirror. Were informative and helpfull, allowing me to drop in and have it sorted within an hour, in their last day before closing for the christmas period, for a fantastic price. Can not recommend enough.

Great customers service spoke to the lady over the phone to get some mirrors cut to size, she was very friendly and helpful in giving me the options and price as well. They were very helpful on-site and made some available time for me to pop over to have mirrors cut.Most definitely will be using them in near future for projects.So thank you.
