Took my dog here and his fur is now very choppy and uneven, and it looks horrible. I can't even look at him without regretting the decision to come here. She was rough with him and shouted at him multiple times for being in pain after she put in in (clearly) uncomfortable positions. She made rude comments throughout and my dog looked traumatised afterwards. I am definitely NOT coming back

Very bad experience with my dog. We had to help her groom our own dog. She used some kind of all in one soap for for our dog. We could’ve done this at home, not happy with ‘professional’ service.

So disgusted with the service here. Took my gorgeous 6mth old puppy for grooming. The way she was treated was disgusting. The groomer was so rough and shouted at her several times. The use of choker chains was unnecessary. My puppy was was obviously very distressed and there was not a care at all. This is not the way to treat a puppy being desensitised to a first groom. Her cut was so short they obviously only have one way of shaving dogs and don’t actually know how to groom. It was so uneven we are devastated at how she looks now. Thankfully we found somewhere the next day to even it out but now we have to wait for it to grow back. Our pup was very traumatised by the ordeal we would never treat her this way. We will never be going back and i would never recommend this place. This place is cheap for a reason you clearly get what you pay for.

Caught her hitting our 4 months puppy while chatting on phone and then she lied in front of my 8 year old who witnessed this whole thing and felt disturbed by seeing her thrashing our beautiful little puppy. We will probably never be able to trust any groomer and leave our puppy all by herself. Extremely dissapointed.

Really disappointed with our experience at Suzie's Dog Clipping & Grooming.Our puppy was in need of a first groom but received a jagged shave (shorter than anticipated and terribly patchy) with an uneven tail and face. We also noticed she still had shampoo/conditioner left in her fur when we got back home.Appalled at the use of choker chains to restrain the dogs and the rough handling of the groomer... She gripped on our dog's ear as a form of restraint when I came back to pick her up.Fair to say we won't be returning or recommending.

Couldn't be happier with Susie, my dog was misbehaving and Susie was so helpful.

Called today to make an appointment for my little one to get groomed and was able to get in straight away, Suzy did a great job with coco she was very gentle and sweet as coco was a bit nervous, very happy with the service coco looked great afterwards and smelt lovley would highly recommend

Worst rude dog groomer on this planet.My cousin’s beautiful golden retriever was sent for grooming, came back with a clean shave. Our dog is stressed out since a week he came back, like an abused dog.When asked why, that lady responded rudely to us, she couldn’t understand what we meant by “grooming”I suspect they are selling dog’s fur.If you want your dog abused and treated like a stray dog, go ahead.

!WARNING! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!If I could give a zero rating I would.Took my 13 week old dog here and the groomer was SO rough with my dog, it was really sad to see and I instantly regretted it. She did a horrible horrible job with my dog, didn't even properly wash off the conditioner (as I would pat my dog and my hands would feel sticky). I requested my dogs ears be cleaned also and she did not do this properly either.I only went here because I urgently needed my dog groomed and it was local to me however I STRONGLY recommend you avoid this place. I am not one to complain and write bad reviews ever - but this matter needs to be addressed and I feel people should be warned. Even though it was cheap - you honestly get such a cheap and horrible service/experience.My dog was so traumatised from this experience and growled out me. He was asleep for almost 5.5 hours straight (which is not normal behaviour for my dog) which makes me question what the hell went on in that place and what on earth she did to my dog. Absolutely disgusted.On top of this, the woman who served me was so rude and also forced me to pay in cash. She never gave me a receipt and when I phone called her requesting she send me an invoice/receipt via email, she claimed she didn't have an email and that I get a receipt book.
