I've used this service twice now and I have to say the price is worth it. The website took a detailed summary of the repairs needed and gave an accurate quote. The postage to and from the company worked seamlessly and I had my shoes back quickly both times. I hand full-calf length UGG boots completely resoled and cleaned and they came back like new, except not new, still my comfy, moulded to my foot favourites. I was soled on this service! (See what I did there?) I then had a leather pair of boots resoled and conditioned and again, even better than getting a new pair because my favourites are now fully restored. Can't fault this service. Will be using again and again to extend the life of my shoes. Keep up the great work folks!

An awesome service!I repaired my Jimmy Choo Boots and not only did they do a fantastic job on the custom shaped heels but added new soles and repaired a damaged piece of decor.The boots are like new, communication and honest professional work to be praised.

Wow, what a seamless and stress-free experience from start to finish and my shoes were returned to me in wonderful condition. I was really nervous about sending them in the post, but it was so professional. I'm so happy with them! I don't think the photos do it justice because in real life they are just stunning now... Sole Heeled even managed to fix my heel where the suede covering had been ripped off when my heel went into a grate. The new covering on the soles is great quality and I thought it might be slippery, but it isn't. Would 100% recommend Sole Heeled

Just received my shoes back from Sole Heeled and I'm super impressed with their service. It takes a while to get the shoes back but it's definitely worth it. I sent a pair of pumps that should've been beyond repair and they're back and good as new. The processes for sending the shoes and having them returned is super easy, communication with the company is excellent and the results are great. I was hesitant to send off my shoes at first but I'm glad I did. I'd definitely recommend Sole Heeled for high end shoe repairs.

Have now had two pairs of long-time best-loved boots repaired (elastic gussets replaced, soles reattached, rejuvenated leather)....and can expect another 20 years out of each of them.

Absolute pleasure to work with SoleHeeled [from start to finish]. Their customer service is EXTRAordinary and the process is seamless. They successfully restored two of my LV bags; one is a satchel and the other a backpack (both bags are nearly 20 years old). The satchel received a clean and brand new piping. The main concern with the backpack was that the canvas on the front pocket, had split, leaving the piping exposed - SoleHeeled worked their magic and brought my vintage pieces back to life (and useable condition). Highly recommend and will definitely work with them again.
