Stella Tu Hair and Makeup

Stella was fantastic to work with for my wedding day! We met for a trial several months prior and she was so warm and friendly, I felt instantly at ease. She worked with me closely to achieve the exact look I wanted for the big day and I looked and felt like a million dollars. Plus, my hair and makeup lasted until the end of a very long day. I loved working with Stella and highly recommend her services!

Stella is such a talented make-up artist and so lovely to deal with. Stella really knew what I wanted and was able to help me and my bridesmaids get the look we were after. One of my bridesmaids commented that her eye make-up was the best she has ever had! Our make-up lasted all night (even with all the sweaty dancing). Stella was an absolute pleasure to deal with not only on the day of the wedding but also in the lead up. She responded to emails promptly and made me feel at ease during such a stressful time. Stella did an amazing smokey eye for me which I absolutely LOVED! She also changed my low bun into waves for reception in record time (again, loved!). Stella did such an amazing job on my make up and hair for my pre wedding shoot. I love her signature flawless, natural and luminous style of make up! The hair style she did was so elegant and exactly how I wanted. Thank you so much for creating this stunning and perfect look for me. I felt absolutly radiant and my fiance couldn' stop telling me how beautiful I was.The make up Stella did was soo long lasting. After standing outdoor in the wind for 3 hours the make up still lasted and without needing any touchs up. Her skills are outstanding!Stella is so professional, helpful and friendly. She made great suggestions not only on the make up and the hair style but also on the accessories and the outfit so to perfect my look. She would also brainstorm different styles and discuss with me in her own time before the shooting day. Stella was amazing!!! She did the hair and makeup for myself and my bridesmaids and we were all so happy with her work! When I first reached out to Stella, I had already done a makeup trial with someone else and hadn't really liked it. I had high hopes that Stella would be better, and was not disappointed!I am not the type of person who can look at a job that someone has done and say I hate it, even though I actually do! I know you are supposed to be honest, but I find it really difficult. Stella was amazing at reading me and understanding when I was less than thrilled about the result - to the point where she even did a second trial for me because she just sensed that we were both not 100% with the two looks she tried on me the first time. She is thoughtful and a great listener, adapting the makeup and products to suit you based on offhand things you say.On the wedding day, she was 30 minutes early and handled everyone so professionally! My sister and mum both loved their makeup and Stella even redid a bridesmaid's makeup a few hours later when she noticed the coverage was fading. Everyone is still raving about her even days after the wedding!Stella's attentiveness and care show that she holds herself to a high standard, and isn't just there to slap it on and rush off. I know who I'm going to if I ever need makeup done again, and would highly recommend her to everyone! Thank you Stella for everything.
