NB SCUBA

We went for two dives in Rapid Bay after Christmas with NB Scuba. Everyone was wonderful.Diving sites were excellent: great visibility, very few currents and many fish (Blue devil, cowfish, cuttlefish, ray, leafy dragon and many more). Michael was an excellent guide and he took gorgeous pictures of us next to the leafy (with our gopro) !We really loved diving with Michael and we definitely recommend it !

Thank you NB scuba for a great couple of dives to see the leafy sea dragon. Unfortunately, we didn't spot any but the dive guide, Michael, was great and sure tried his hardest to find them at Rapid Bay jetty. We still had awesome dives seeing crabs and giant cuttle fish. Very thorough and highly recommended!

We were very happy with NBScuba! Nathan did a great job fitting our gear and had good, recent or even new gear for us to use. Michael took us diving for the day and was so helpful, encouraging, accommodating and kind. This was especially important as we had a nervous teenager with us. We’re happy to recommend NB scuba and will be back!

Lined up a dive just before Christmas and arranged a dive site appropriate to the weather conditions so that visibility was excellent (even though I wanted to Dive the Bluff). Saw a few Leafys, stingray, cuttlefish, frogfish. Unfortunately no blue rings on this occasion but a good experience nonetheless.Also provided/found a dive buddy for me which was important as a solo diver visiting from the Tropics, and brought enough weights for me to surface in a 7mm wetsuit (after a bit of fiddling). Very competitive pricing and value for money.

We had the best time with Nathan and Michael. Not only that they are completely flexible with your dive time (we wanted to do day + night dive so they just let us do the day dive in the afternoon so we wouldnt have to wait too long), also Nathan picked us up at the train station, and Michael (DM) gave us a lift back to Adelaide.Also the dive equipment is in excellent condition and great quality.Our DM Michael was the best, he not only found the leafy sea dragon for us but also the blue ringed octopus! How cool is that?Can recommend them 100%, one of the best dive schools we’ve ever dived with!

We had an awesome two dives with Michael who was an excellent dive master and helped us spot 4 leafy sea dragons.Equipment was top notch and the pricing was fair for the two dives we did. Nathan was accommodating with our needs as we were in Victor Harbor and met in the middle to dive at The Rapid Bay Jetty. Highly recommended!

Terrific communication. Local knowledge, excellent divemaster. I really enjoyed my dives on the Rapid Bay jetty and spotting the Leafy Sea Dragons was a highlight of my trip. Thanks guys!

Had a great dive with our Guide. We saw 4 leafy sea dragons.If we'd tried without a guide we almost certainly wouldn't have found any, so feeling good about going guided over just renting the gear. The equipment was in great condition, and everything went well. We went at a time when the season is usually over, but NB Scuba worked it out. Very good service and highly recommend.

Had a positive and pleasant experience with Nate and Michael. Both of them were expert divers and leafy sea dragon hunters who guided me around Victor Harbour and Rapid Bay. Michael and Nate both had keen eyes for spotting these majestic marine animals. Nat told me that we were lucky to find both a baby and an adult sea dragon in a single day. With Michael’s help, we also spotted blue ringed octopuses, a cuttlefish in hiding, a sting ray, and many types of fish.Nate ensured my safety by providing me with a comprehensive refresher exercise on diving basics, as it had been a few months since my last dive. I highly recommend NB Scuba for leafy sea dragon and other diving adventures in Adelaide, and would return to dive with them again.
