Kelly recently sold a place in town for me and I can’t fault her service. She was pro active, kept me informed of with every new development no matter how small and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her. Kelly is very easy to get along with and when not immediately able to answer a question she would find the information required and get back to me quickly. If you are looking to buy, sell or rent in the Cooma or Snowy region I recommend you try Henley Property first. I can’t imagine that you wont be impressed. “

Very disappointing experience!Offer accepted (verbally and in an email). We were over the moon!However without advising us, while waiting for the contract, they continued to show the property.We got the call advising they had a new offer, We beat that offer, including same day deposit. They then told us we needed 10% deposit instantly (that day) or they would go with a new buyer. By this time it was after 2pm and we couldn’t make it happen the same day, so we lost the house.Although it’s legal as they had not sent us the paperwork yet…. It’s just really bad business… why accept the offer and then continue to show the property. And even worse…. Push an instant settlement. You can only assume they didn’t send the contract to us hoping they would get another buyer…. And they did!It’s a shame! What should have been an exciting adventure, has left us feeling icky and not wanting to buy in the area anymore.If possible avoid at all costs! Use a different realestate.
