Such a great studio! Have never felt so motivated to work out. The trainers are all super friendly and supportive, the classes always push you, and the soundtracks are so fun! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to get in shape.

Fun, friendly and challenging training. Everything you need is set up for you for each session. No more waiting for gym equipment to be free or having to think about what exercise you are going to do next. All you have to do is turn up and the trainers will motivate you and take you through it all. Lots of class time options and set cardio/ weights and mixed days. It is an awesome team and a great environment for people at all different levels of fitness. I am in my 50s and the trainers are always able to help my modify down when I need to, but also encourage me to push myself when I am able. Highly recommend people to give it a try!

I’ve been to a lot of different f45 locations while traveling around Australia for the last month, and this was my favorite by far! Everyone was so friendly, even after they learned that I was just passing thru (and so wouldn’t become a member)—which isn’t really the case at all the locations. The owner also has major Ted Lasso vibes, really nice, cutting it up with everyone, challenging you to little competitions. And of course, the work out was killer.

I’ve been a member at F45 Brunswick West for several years now and have loved being a part of this studio. The owners Ben and Ania have worked so hard to create a warm, welcoming environment to train in. The trainers are great, all very friendly and give excellent advice and correct technique. I absolutely recommend this studio to train at!

So grateful for Ben, Phoebe, and the team at F45 Brunswick West!! I was *terrified* when I first tried F45 but had absolutely no reason to be. It was an amazing work out while being so much fun that I found myself being more consistent then I have ever been with training. So devo to be leaving due to an interstate move. I'll miss you!!!

I have tried out multiple F45 centres over the years and this one is by far the best. All of the staff are so friendly and always go out of their way to give me alternative exercises to accomodate for my injuries. They're extremely responsive to communications and overall good fun! Highly reccomend F45 Brunswick West!

The trainers here are so friendly and motivating. They’ve got a well equipped studio, great tunes, and a fun vibe at F45 Brunswick West. Love that all you have to do is show up (with water and a sweat towel cause you’ll definitely need it).
