Better late than never!Purchased a black/Nublick Colorado lace free pair of shoes from Williams Hornsby on 23/04/23. Had it delivered to my abode 6 days after. Though had to take it back to the store in 01/05/23 as one of the shoe had an in-grained mark on the leather so requested a replacement. Also made a comment that never received any correspondence as advised since the purchase from Williams Shoes. Apparently was not in their control.The shoe return was serviced well by staff and a replacement ordered which arrived punctually 4 business days after!All received as ordered and very satisfied for the service from the ladies post initial purchase. Keep up your great work!Darren
