Rented a unit with them for 1 year . Countless issues. The major one being that for the 12 months we lived there, the AC was broken for 3 months (exactly during peak Summer). The unit was in a high rise building so, for safety reasons, windows don't open. So we were with 2 small children, in a sauna, for the whole Summer. Temperature would be over 30C even during the night and yet they didn't solve the problem. Very unresponsive. They sent a mobile AC when I threatened to take them to court (pointing out all the possible solutions and actions that could have been in place and weren't) but it was not an AC that would fit properly so mostly useless. I called them several times a week and yet nothing was done.As we were preparing to move out, they already started showing it to prospective tenants, who were likely completely unaware of the AC/heat problem, and yet the real estate was increasing the price in 53% from what we were paying.I would suggest to avoid this real estate or to expect issues.

I rented an apartment in Ultimo through JR Landing for more than 1 years. JR Landing has very professional, helpful and responsive staffs and property agents. My inquiries always get responded promptly. The advertised property is as described, and the rent is affordable. I'm totally satisfied with the service JR Landing provided. Based on my personal experience, JR Landing has been much more helpful and responsive compared to previous real estate agents such as Morton that I have dealt with. They have an efficient system to provide updates and reminders for key events with very clear instructions. No ambiguity. They are willing to work with tenants to achieve the most desired outcome possible. Vincent Ruan was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating and sorted it out for me when I had to delay my vacate date. He’s transparent and open. He checked in with me a few times before my move to ensure things were on track. His assistance the entire time is much appreciated!Only one thing to note is that their recommended cleaner Peter isn’t very responsive (had to call and text multiple times to get in touch with him) and charged a much higher rate than normal cleaners. Paid $400 for a tiny one bedder studio with timber floor. They cleaned it in two hours. Apart from that, it’s been a pleasant experience dealing with JR Landing.
