The store is cluttered with too much products. It’s too much happening in a small environment. The team seem to have to use the speaker every five minutes about stuff they have in store. It is so annoying they need to limit the amount of times they are done in an hour, it is annoying to customers. Seems like a store Benalla didn’t need with three cheap stores within 100 metres of each other. Disappointed with my visit.

I drive from Wangaratta to get some pet supplies, I could not believe the amazing service and effort all 3 staff went to get what I needed 10 out 10 for service, absolutely a joy to shop there ! Thanks made my daughters day

.Congratulations on an amazing store. The staff are so friendly and full of life. It's the life Benalla needed and the Variety in the store is incredible. Thanks to the amazing staff who can't do enough to help. We'll done and my puppy loved her Jacket.

Please people check your products before you buy as they sell products way off date. Bought a few things a week ago to realise it was all of date by 4 months ago and noticed one of their cokes on shelf were all off by date by December 2021. Appalling how this store is even opened selling products off by date what a joke.
