Telefix

Cannot at all complain about my service from Telefix. Had no choice but to use them for a LG warranty claim on a washing machine. Called them Friday, by Tuesday a technician arrived 10mins early for his scheduled time. Luckily had the part in his van without having to order it in, and my washer was fixed within half hour. Cannot fault LG & Telefix on this one. Thanks!

We arranged for a warranty job done to on our dishwasher. We rang Telefix and they came very promptly, with two days of our phone call. The technician, Steve came on time and with the necessary replacement parts. He was professional and courteous. He completed the task very promptly and tested the unit before leaving. Great job. Thanks

Worst customer service ever. First technician seemed fabulous, found the fault, identified the part, checked that it was available and then handed the responsibility over to the office staff. 3 months later, after phone calls that were not returned, emails that were not responded to, and promises that were not kept we were finally advised that the part had arrived and an appointment was scheduled to fit it. Joy, we would finally have a working fridge again... Part fitted by a technician who didn't seem to know what he was doing, another $200 and we were all set - NOT! The fridge did not chill, it heated up... Finally after more unreturned phone calls and more unkept promises, a visit to the office was made requesting a refund. As if by magic, another appointment was scheduled. Unfortunately we then discovered that the first technician was wrong and the problem cannot be fixed.So after 4 months of lies we have no apology, no refund, no fridge and DEFINITELY NO RECOMMENDATION FOR TELEFIX

Fixed my Samsung refrigerator under warranty. Staff were very helpful. The original time frame of possible service was a 4 hour window, however they were flexible and able to work with me to narrow that. Technician was polite and very good at explaining the problem and his repair. The only reason for 4 stars not 5 is because their number appears as a private number on caller id and I was unable to return their call so had to wait an extra 24hours to arrange the service.

Great service from Telefix. Thought I needed a new pump for my washer/dryer combo; nope I just needed some reassurance that our new appliance was just fine. Thanks to Matt for a very polite and professional visit!

In the past three weeks I've had telefix come and repair my washing machine and my fridge (both packed up within a week of each other!).From the first moment I spoke to an enthusiastic, friendly girl on the phone to the last time the technician walked out my door the service was absolutely top notch.No query or question I called up for was left unanswered and I wasn't made to feel like I was being a pest when I called asking what time to expect the service people.The technicians were very knowledgeable and didn't mind me asking questions as they were going about their business, nor general questions I had on white goods and the like.After the service work I've had done I would not hesitate in stepping foot in the brick and mortar store to seek other advice or repairs.Will recommend to friends and family.Thanks once again guys!

I am involved with the film industry and we have been using this company for many years now. We have always had excellent service and repairs have never taken any longer than a week or two (depending on spare parts). They are efficient and extremely helpful. Absolutely atrocious! How is this business still operating? Their incompetence is gob-smacking! They had our appliance for two months. Ordered replacement parts from overseas whereas my inquiries found that the parts were available in Australia. Parts were couriered overnight, but Telefix lost them! Had to start process again. Had enough. Collected the unfixed appliance having paid a $55 first-up fee. No apology, no offer to refund money, no nothing! Stay well away from this mob!

Brilliant service from Steve. Was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my dishwasher and even provide some photos of the damage a leaking valve had done to the floor boards if I needed them for insurance. Promptly received a quote for supply and installation of replacement part which arrived quickly.
