I fell in love with lights from Neoz Lighting years ago but hesitated to get them because they did not have an office in my country. After going through countless of inferior cordless lamps, I decided to buy two from Neoz. Fast forward two years, an accident happened to one of the lamps. Just when I thought I had to mourn the demise of my beloved lamp, Mandy came to the rescue! Neoz went above and beyond expectations, and my lamp is now working again. I am impressed by the service despite them not having an office here. I rave about these lamps all the time, and I definitely have the confidence to propose using Neoz if I open a new outlet in the future!

Sometimes you come across something...something that you've thought would be perfect for an idea you had...something you had never seen before though. I hate bright overhead lights, especially at the dinner table. I discovered the Tall Poppy lamp from Neoz at a hotel in Hong Kong and immediately fell in love! We (will) have 3 of them now on our round dining table creating exactly the ambiance I was hoping to achieve.We also have a large ottoman in the middle of the room that needed a little light for our wine glasses at night :)

I bloody love Neoz. Bought my first lights from them over a decade ago and they're still going strong (although might finally need to replace the batteries) and have just recently bought more for a combination of inside and outside dining table lighting at home. The Owl lights I have found to be a perfect combination of form and function and I've recently added some Owl 2 to the collection for some different effects on the table - the flexibility that affords is great and they've received compliments whenever I've used them. Service from the company is also outstanding and has been responsive and flexible about expedited delivery and resolving issues internationally and quickly (thank you especially to Mandy B). They're definitely expensive (by comparison to fermob, Hay, fatboy and other lights I've bought over the years) but I find that I keep coming back to them and am increasingly sold on the value for money here. I anticipate adding to the collection over the years and as family and friends also start buying them once they've seen ours, will be getting for presents for their collections too.
