Food was decent but the service really let it down. When our food came out the coeliac on our table was served naan bread with his curry. We asked the girl that served us if she could please double check that the curry would still be ok to eat since the order notes had clearly been ignored. We were also missing a gravy off another dish so she said she would check both of those things and simply never came back……Whilst our coeliac friend took a lucky gamble and just ate it this kind of service should not be neglected!

You can always tell a good menu because they have 'Big' and 'Little' kids meal. Entrees and kids meals came out VERY fast (approx 5 mins). The rest of the mains didn't take much longer. Great kids area and great food and service. Couldn't ask for much more!

The service was great, staff very friendly and efficient and food was good and came out quickly considering the amount of people there. Didn’t give a 5 because the noise level was horrendous and had to just eat and run because it was unbearable. Better acoustics need to be put in place.

The food was prepared very quickly, which was good. The food itself was overall better than average for this type of bistro. The portion sizes were good and the food was reasonably priced. I was quite happy with my barramundi and I appreciated that the vegetables on the side were not drowning in olive oil (unlike many other restaurants where the chefs have the mistaken belief that more olive oil is always better).There was only one item of dessert on the menu, which was carrot cake, which we decided to skip. A wider variety of dessert options would have been better.It would have been good if the waiters had served drinking water for our table, or at least informed us that we had to self-serve water from the bar. It took a some looking around to realise that we had to self-serve water from the bar. It would also have been better if drinking water had been bottled to make it easier to take to our table, however we had to fill up individual glasses from a water tank. There was also a wait for clean glasses.

My meal was scrumptious and the staff were great fun. So nice to see people enjoying their job and the team they work with.

Food was amazing, roast pork tender, my daughter loved the food.Staff are absolutely amazing, Zach, kath, elly and the lovely team in gaming and sports bar. They all helped me with a complex issue and still managed to have a sense of humour whilst also serving over 200 people for dinner. .will continue to keep coming back.

Honestly it was very busy, but the staff gave excellent service, meals service was great and the food very good, with plenty of options. We were a party of 30 or so and everyone enjoyed the evening.

Had a function of almost 80 people here. While I love the look of the place & they have playground area, which is the main reason I chose this place, unfortunately I was let down by the service.I had been here before for a dinner with colleagues and while the menu looks good, I found for the price the salad that came with my calamari was so small portion. Calamari was cooked well though. I like the outdoor area of the venue, it’s very modern and spacey. I find to ring and reach the function coordinator is rather difficult. If you ring off peak hours, sometimes no one picked up the phone, or they are out. If you ring during peak hours they will say they have no time talking to you. This made us came a few times because it’s easier that way. When we were putting the deposit in, they said we can pick any time of the day for 5 hour function. We booked for 11, only much later on to be told their chef isnt starting until 12. We asked if he can start earlier, especially that we are paying a few thousands of dollars here, and we said the foods that come out before 12 can be just cold foods that doesnt need cooking. They said it’s ok, they will have the chef come early. I think in reality in the day they didnt. There was no food served before 12, and so I felt bad to my guests. The foods came out after 12 was so slow that everytime it came out, within 20 seconds it’s gone. I asked them to bring the foods out faster but they werent able to. And also just in general they were not organised for 80 people party. They only gave us 2 bottles of water and maybe 20 glasses so I had to keep asking more. Actually, I can say I did their waitressing job for them because for the 5 hours event, they only take some (not all) dirty plates or glasses like 3-4 times. It was a mess if I didnt do it myself. And just little things like I had to order more foods because I was so worried we didnt have enough seeing how quick every platters went, and by the time they got out, it was like 2pm, where many of my guests had left. I asked them to just package it some to take home and put out only part of it. The staff was asking me questions when the birthday cake being brought out where people are supposed to be singing. So I found that was a bit inappropriate, just not considering what was going on. Also even though I asked staff to bring out the cake with candles lighted, they didnt so I had to run and get the lighter myself. These might sound like little things but when you are hiring the venue and catering, yoy expect them to take care of things so you can enjoy the party. In reality I feel they didnt do much other than serving the foods, but there are lots of little details that make a party and they just didnt deliver that. Unfortunately I definitely wont have another function there.

Waitress at front when ordering food was disrespectful and made rude remarks about my kids. Food was mediocre at best. Would not recommend.
