Had a garage door installed by these guys. Garage door consistently had issues with being able to close properly so I thought I'd given Andrew a call. No reply, called their office & left several messages, no reply. Ended up with a door which wouldn't close so I had to call another garage door company to fix the door. Plenty of choice around, I'd steer clear.

Get rid of their contacts. Stay away from the stress and headaches. They never answer the phone or return the call. Make business with who have business ethics.

This company is completely unreliable. Installed our door a few years back and requires servicing. I have called, emailed and text Andrew countless times without reply! Good luck!

Please do not use this company!ONLY GAVE IT ONE STAR AS IT WONT LET YOU POST WITHOUT IT - WOULD GIVE THEM ZEROFixed half of the required repairs (one side of the door) with a promise to come back if the other side failedNumerous phone calls both to Andrew and the office with absolutely no reply.When a friend inspected his initial work it was very poor too!These are the types of people that give tradespeople a bad name!!

Don't waste your time and money on this company. The worst service ever. No respond or answer to any of our calls. Their execuse is that they are behind and can't find anyone to employee to take on some of their jobs or load.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYI emailed Andrew( the owner) early september to say that I was going ahead. As he was going on holidays we booked in for the 3rd October. He never turned up on site.I called him no answer, emailed to finally get a response saying that they were not taking on any more orders as they took on a big job.I called the office thinking it was a lazy salesman and asked to speak to a manager. The lady on reception proceeded to tell me that he was the owner.Warning bells right there, if they leave you high and dry and its the owner - thank goodness I didn't pursue. Nothing worse than be stood up after a month long commitment.
