Bed Bath N' Table Mornington

Our daughter received a BBT brand quilt cover as a Christmas present but it was a queen and she has a double bed. This store was totally unprepared to exchange without the receipt even though it would have been a favorable exchange for them. Not the best customer relations experience!!

As I walked into this store this morning (7/4/22) there was a woman with her dog on a lead in the store, busily talking to the shop assistant. Hence, dogs are allowed in these stores? Fleas, fur, 'business' (unstoppable). Now if I choose to purchase, let's say a cushion (dog fleas could be all over it), the dog may do its 'business' on the shop floor...has anyone heard of humans & animals living too close together, sound familiar? Dogs in shops, on a new doona, sheet, cushion, ugh horrible!

Was served at the till by a lady with dark hair and glasses receipt says Leanne but as she was sharing the till not sure if that is her name, hence using the description. Very unfriendly, rude and we felt as though we were putting her out by just being there. This lady is clearly in the wrong job!

WE visited the store. Was a good visit. I purchased some lovely xmas gifts..very happy. The store is well stocked with great accessories and fabulous home ideas. Grt sale prices at the moment..Well worth a visit if in the area if not go visit.

This is the third time I have shopped at the Mornington store each time on a Monday. I get told that I have to wait because they’re doing the bed. This morning at 9:17am, the lady told me I have to wait once again as they’re making the bed and they will open up in five minutes. They continued to make the bed. I told them your website states you open at 9 o’clock, now open the door. The lady shooed me away with a hand gesture and told me to come back in five minutes. I was furious. They reluctantly opened up the door and we had an argument at the front of the shop. I walked out, and I told them that I will speak to head office. The lady replied good!. This is poor customer service. Making a bed is something that could be done during business hours having the door closed when you advertise your store to be opened does not pay the bills. If this was my business, none of you, would be working for me. Absolute disgusting behaviour.

Drove past and didn't even go in, cmon google!

Great range and, today 23/04/2017 at Mornington Vic main street store, the salesperson was so helpful. Nothing was a trouble for her either to go out the back for other colours or climb a ladder to bring down items. Best customer service I have seen in a long, long time. Thanks
