Depends who you get. Most of the staff are paid to do nothing. You might be lucky to find a person who works for their party packet. They are the most useless staff members I've ever seen as for lawyers.. you can not count on them..

Called legal aid 4 times today and no answer I'm expecting my application to be accepted by today as my court date is tomorrow

Very helpful with the information they gave regarding my case. The lawyer I saw for advice, as well as the receptionist were all very friendly and compassionate. Looking forward to working with them.

We just went there to sort terms with our NDIS. Don't ask me for what you can do. I'm sure there is more you can do that I'm unaware of.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was understanding, but the appointment she set for us to see the lawyer, it was at the wrong time. However the lawyer was happy to see us at that time, she was also very helpful.

Government department. Unless you are charged with an endictable crime. You WILL NOT get their help. THEY Know THAT BUT Make YOU Jump Through HOOPS ONLY to be Told, they only fund serious gaol able cases. Legal aid won't help you. Regardless.
