Very affordable prices, good service and delivery.

Tilers Trade Tools had great prices for the shower niche boxes we needed. We ordered next day shipping but unfortunately there was a delay with the delivery of the items (I think from the delivery courier) and so I had to follow up with them, but they responded right away to chase it up. When the delivery finally did arrive we realized there was an error and some damage to one of the items so I contacted Tilers Trade Tools again. Alex from Customer Service was very quick to respond and sent us out a free replacement that arrived the next day! Although we had some issues I’ve given them 5 stars based on the quality of customer service experience to quickly and kindly resolve the issues. Thanks again!

Worst of the worst customer service. Purchased a 93cm montolit tile cutte, after it getting lost and have to wait weeks to receive it. I finally went to use it on my first job only to notice the main slide bar was bent. No fix to the issue only lies and false hope.
