After a trip with complications coming from Queensland to NSW, grateful for some amazing mechanics along the way. Landed in Coffs Harbour at Good Year tyre and auto who serviced our vehicle on short notice and gave us peace of mind for our ongoing journey. Not only that while we waited, a young mum came in with her broken down car and they were right on the spot to help her out of trouble. Thank you so much for great auto service

Went in early in the morning with not just 2 flat tyres but a long long list of other problems. Martin not only bent over backwards to get us back on the road, but did so with exceptional and quality service and great prices. I recommend Goodyear unreservedly to anyone in the Coffs area

I recently broke down - unexpectedly while I was travelling many miles. The guys at Good Year Coffs were tremendous, professional, helpful, they went above & beyond to fix my car quickly so i could continue travelling. Had a flat tyre ( pretty bad too and difficult tyres to get ) early in the morning on my way to work. Didn't book in or ring, just limped my car there. Staff lent me a car to go to work that morning, knocked off work, returned their car that arvo and mine was ready to go! Very helpful, friendly and honest business. Glad I didn't go anywhere else!! Thanks for helping a damsel in distress. Lifesavers!!

I have been taking my car to the amazing guys at Good Year Coffs Harbour, for years now. Always great service. Very helpful and friendly. I feel they go above and beyond to help with all my car needs. Doing quality work whilst trying to keep the cost as low as possible. I trust them 100%. I can not speak more highly of them!

Came in for heaps of work, new exhaust, new fuel pump, thought my rear main seal was leaking too but nothing required! Said I was all fine and would probably never need a mechanic again! Great service!

Twice I booked my car in to have a thumping sound in the suspension checked. First time he sent me home as it was raining. No phone call to tell me not to bring car in-over 80km trip for nothing.Second time, arrived on time, an hour later car still not looked at. Watched other customers being served. When the ? manager said he needed to take my car out and test at 110 kms an hour and I said I heard the noise when just driving at normal speed he told me to leave and take my car somewhere else. Exceptionally aggressive, most appalling service-ie-none. Will never go there again and would not recommend to anyone- especially perhaps to a female.!
