There is something completely unique and special about Novem Pilates.I have been to numerous other pilates studios and none come anywhere close to the experience at Novem Pilates.

Absolutely love Sherilee’s classes! If you’re looking for a Reformer studio, this is it! Could not recommend her highly enough. Her passion shines through in every class. She is not only knowledgeable, but she is a beautiful being inside and out. Her classes are not only a way to build strength and tone the body, but also a way to bring clarity to the mind. Thank you for your amazing energy in every class!

Novem Pilates
Novem Pilates is such a beautiful space led by Sherilee. The focus on strength, breath and presence always make me feel amazing after class. Sherilee is such a warm instructor who clearly explains and corrects each movement. Highly recommend!
