Our very small body corporate have now, eventually, been able to leave SCMS Strata. We had two years of complete and utter unprofessional conduct from them. They gave incorrect legal information. They were totally biased with one owner. After refusing to release our records and funds we had to go to the commissioners office to make them. We have now discovered that files/ records and funds are missing. Compliance was also not up to date. We have learned the hard way with spending thousands of dollars on legal fees against a company that was supposed to help us. They did the complete opposite.NO STARS!!
