These guys go out of their way to help you. I was getting my son's guitar restrung and asked a few questions as I don't really know anything about guitars and the owner was very patient with me, never rushed me or made me feel like I was painful for him, even though there are other people shopping around looking for assistance. He took his time helping me pick out a Christmas gift, didn't try to sell me the most expensive item and really ascertained my son's needs before recommending anything to me. As long as I live in Victoria, Underground Music in Werribee is where we will go for my musician son's musical needs. Highly recommended.

Great service with a smile. Had my guitar repaired by Bill. He is passionate about music and it shows in his service and advice. Bill's always happy to have a chat and provide good advice.
