I have been a customer with this agency for the past 6 years. While the service initially started off great, I am now very dissatisfied with the level of service that I have been receiving. I have had issues with my enquiries not being progressed and have not received any feedback or follow-up. I feel that the fee being charged with higher than market for this service is not justified and I am disappointed with the lack of quality customer service being provided. I would appreciate it if the company could look into this matter and take necessary steps to improve the service provided to your customers. And yes, I am a real customer.
