Very abusive and angry traffic controllers, especially towards very young children, who yealled and screamed at my son, and didnt wanted to listen to anything or be more polite. Very dissapointing

My Ute was parked in front of my house and was involved in an accident by one of their work vehicles. Over two weeks later and multiple phone calls by me to their office the response is “ I don’t know” when asking for their insurance details I am still getting “I don’t know” when asking who does know I got”I don’t know “ My last phone call ended with a condescending person speaking over the top of me telling me I was aggressive and my being on the phone to them was the reason for the holdup. So over two weeks and counting of my business being affect by this inaction what’s happening “I don’t know “
