He is very thorough, listens to what is required and even called me on a Saturday night when I did something to the remote and he talked me through what to do. Very professional, knows his stuff and is very thorough and particular in his work, with it being noticeable that he insists on using quality components. Also explained what he was doing on an ongoing basis throughout. Our free to air reception is now 100%. Would recommend without hesitation.

Could not fault Andrew’s professionalism in any way he went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed being older people without a lot of technical experience he explained everything to us so we could understand.Nothing was too much trouble to him.Thanks again for a great service.Hubby is happy so happy wife haha
