The psychologists are good, but the receptionist/management makes lots of mistakes and made multiple unnecessary charges from my account on multiple occasions.

Thank you Groundworks and especially Amanda Douglas for holding space for me so compassionately and letting me express my pain through my darkest time and guiding me through. I am forever grateful.

Amanda Douglas. If I could clone Amanda I'd make at least 100 of her. I've been with Amanda for 4 years now. As a 52 yr old woman , I personally have never had a psychologist as good as Amanda and the proof is by how long I've had Amanda as my psychologist. There's not much that Amanda doesn't know about and I have found her to be firstly, so non judgemental from the very first session, this has always been a problem for me as I cannot speak to anyone who lays judgement on me without even knowing me. As a woman who has been through a lifetime of homelessness, drug addiction, no longer being the primary parent of my 10 yr old son and has had my fair share of domestic violence, Amanda has been extremely empathetic , and together we have always found a solution to my never ending issues, therefore our appointments have never been a waste of time. I can not speak highly enough of Amanda and I give her 5 stars without a thought. Thankyou Amanda for all you have done to make my journey in this life a whole lot easier. Please consider Amanda when making a choice for a new psychologist you'll be pleasantly surprised.
