I should of remembered that I had been to Muffin Break a couple of weeks and had the same as what I ordered today but I forgot..Today I ordered a chicken cheese advocardo toastie. Took one bite and wanted to throw up. How long have you been using advocardo paste instead of fresh ones.Absolutely disgusting.

One of the women has permanent b#tch face. Just rude and rarely get any specifics for your order correct. For a place that is suppose to be social and cheerful it fails well. I assume the owners create a uncompromising stressful work environment because everyone looks unhappy

Love the muffins - Coffee is always fresh and well made. Staff are friendly and happy. Have been going to Muffin Break for the last couple of years and always found it a pleasant experience.

The staff member thought that it was okay to talk to her friend whilst making my hot chocolate, maybe this is why it is weak! I have had Muffin Break’s hot chocolate before and it is usually full flavoured! Muffin very fresh which is good for a change, usually they need to be heated to taste this fresh.

Staff can’t read and extremely slow service.2 customers and it still took 15mins just to heat up a muffin and put it on a plate! I wouldn’t dare to order a coffee I’d probably be waiting hours.

I couldnt believe the rude customer service I received this morning around 9am. A lady served me with long dark brown hair and her lack of a smile or being friendly put myself and group of friends off from visiting this shop again. I hope the manager takes note of this and trains his staff on how to deliver customer service. Yes and the hot choc tasted like water down hot milk

Very weak coffee.Coffee tasted like lukewarm milk. Did they forget to put the coffee in?The staff were efficient and prompt though I would not recommend if you require a strong hot tasty coffee pick me up. Toasties were average.

Muffin we got had ham in it although it was suppose to be cheese and chive. They did not want to refund the money as my wife had paid by card and was not with me when I returned the product. This is the second time this store has stuffed us around, they won't get a third chance.

Today I visited Muffin Break in the Morayfield Shopping Centre. There was a severely disabled woman with her carer ahead of me. The woman had trouble getting her purse out of her bag. Some of the staff were standing behind the coffee machine and I could see them laughing at the woman and how long she was taking. When it was my turn to be served, the staff member (who hadn't been one of the ones laughing at the woman) asked for my order and I stated it. She then confirmed the order and said cappuccino, but I ordered a latte. I politely said that was a latte and she said So you want two?" She then entered two and I said
