There were three girls at front desk that were interested on who had which roster, what and where they are going on the weekends.The store has a great layout and products.Huge shame on the customer service.When i left another lady walked in and she had to wait a while befote she got served.Maybe if the store has better customer service, you might actually sell your products.Was very dissapointed.Might have to go back to Burwood wjere the service is way better.

I signed up in store for a membership still haven't received my email to confirm my membership. When I returned to the store the following week with recipt proving my purchases and membership but they couldn't even fix the details the put down incorrectly. Guess another $10 I should have just given to charity.Will not be returning

Was so good. I just want to thank the most beautiful girl that she served me. She is one of the best stafff that anyone wish 2 have her in his office. So understandable, so helpful, so respectful, so nice in talking and so polite. Im so sorry i forgot 2 het her name.

Dusk Liverpool is a great shop with friendly staff and a wide variety of items and fragrances to choose from. The staff are awesome and have a great knowledge of products and can help with choosing the right one for you. : )

Good deals on great quality products and very friendly and helpful staff. My go to place for all scent items: candles and diffusers.

They have so many items in the store and not just candles. Great gift ideas

Don’t be expecting fast service or help. Staff to busy gathering at one display to restock and not paying attention to the counter.

I shop at dusk frequently; birthdays, christmas, just random inpulses. I even have a membership with them (which is wonderful too). The price looks a bit high, but i can't complain because the candles are actually quite good in quality. My only issue is their customer service lol. This year, only twice have I been actually greeted with a SMILE and only once has someone come up to ask if I needed help.Other times, I see employees chatting with each other (which is dandy... but not so dandy when there's other unattended customers in addition to me that have been staring at them gossip for the duration.)Today's instance wasnt as uncomfortable. There was no offer to wrap my gift (but im going to pretend thats some sort of change in policy where they don't do it for free) and besides the clerk standing there the entire time with the most bored look on their face, the process was efficient and robotic at best with 0 attempts at communication. Some people like that, but I think a little effort or a small smile would be nice :)
