Custom Nail Bar

This place is amazing. The girls are very professional and lovely place to visit

I went in and asked for a design and she told me she could do it yet she had to re do them 3 times and still each nail is different, the nail polish (shellac) came off after 2 days which usually lasts me a month as she charged me 55 dollars for it

I went to custom nail bar today to get manicure and pedicure done along with SNS on my hand. She did not do manicure and started doing SNS and She damaged the cuticle so badly that it started bleeding and when I told her she totally ignored it. Zero communication as they don't understand nor they try to understand customer need. Overall my experience was really bad not coming back.

The ladies were so rough with me and my mother's hands that they left cuts on both of us. The cut on my mum's thumb is now infected.

Daughters birthday. Made an appointment for 3 pedicures online. Rang to confirm, time was important.Got there on time and they could only do 1. Had just started 2 people that had walked in off street. Didn’t even apologise!My pedicure was terrible before I complained about jagged and long nails she was about to paint.The end job was good (can’t complain about the SNS I had, except it took too long -2 hours, 45 minutes I was there for a pedi and SNS), hence 2 stars instead of 1....but they need to learn what appointments are (either don’t offer them - or APOLOGISE EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE if they are not kept!!)... not even offered a discount for inconvenience...

My first time coming to this salon Came for a shellac manicure with my mum we were left waiting around meanwhile two other people were having waxing and nails done and one lady was filing our nails and going back to other clients in between very disappointing if you cant cater for two people just say that instead of leaving us waiting over an hourWont be coming back…
