Always really helpful and get me out of a bind everytime! Flexible so if an urgent last minute job comes up they will do what they can to assist, and always produce great work with much patience even though it sometimes the job is presented to them in not the ideal layout :) thank you!

Terrible customer service by staff member, I felt immediately like I had interrupted her important work. Unwilling to help, just kept saying 'I don't know' or 'it's hard too tell' to my basic questions instead of helping me work out my simple project. After blatantly asking her if she could please help me work out the size of my print, I ended up walking out advising I will go somewhere else where they might actually be willing to help me. The owner who was busy with another customer still managed to greet me warmly on arrival, what a shame I didn't get served by them.

This is the second time Suncoast Printers has gone the extra mile for me and it's really appreciated.On short notice (on a Friday afternoon) half and hour before closing time, I turn up with an urgent set of reports which need printing.Well17 reports and 700 pages later it's all done, bound and ready for mail. The bill came to about two thirds of what I expected to pay.For what it's worth, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business and its fast, reliable and friendly service. Sincerely, well done. Great work by the guys. Made some amazing scans of old photos in a huge rush for my poor mums funeral. The quality of the scans was amazing, lots of details from the old black and white photos and look amazing on the screen. Trimmed all the edges of the photo scans perfectly. Quality people who couldn’t have been kinder !
