Complete disgrace in every way - appointment was not scheduled so a follow up by me was required - the technician arrived and and looked at the stove for less than 5 minutes , charged $125 and told me I have no idea on this stove and will check the repair manual and come back to you - this visit took place on March 1 and there has been no contact at all since then - Do not use this business

2 months I’ve waited for my stove to be fixed. I’ve rung 4 times (receptionist both patient and polite) but the guy whose doing the job can not communicate what is going on to save his life. Maybe the long suffering receptionist could show him how to make a phone call because he’s either effing rude or doesn’t know how it works. I can’t wait for this to be over (will it ever be?) and I never have to use Mt Barker Electrical again.

They were unable to fix a range hood electrical fault (charged $170 call out) but was told they would come back with other repair options. However over a month later, still no response and have failed to return multiple calls and messages. Very disappointing.

Can't really rate them fairly. Customer service online was quick but unfortunately they did not deal in the product I had, and only offered suggestions after I prompted them to.

My dishwasher came up with H05 Code and wouldn't work. Took it to them only for them to charge $140 to tell me it was a timer preset setting that had been pressed by accident. They pressed the power reset button for 3 seconds to clear issue and charged me $140!
