Chi Massage & Day Spa

I used to come here quite often. The quality of the massages changes day to day, sometimes good, sometimes lacklustre.One of the receptionist was quite friendly and helpful and came to recognise me because of how often I visit which made the place feel quite welcoming.When I had an issue however, I approached one of the staff members and they weren't very helpful so I emailed a complaint through to the head office and haven't been back since.I hope none of their other customers have to deal with the same issue I had.

I can only say amazing things about Chi Link Springfield Central (Orion). The staff are so friendly, kind and professional. Their booking system is very easy and effortless. Everything is very clean and I felt confident I was in very good hands from start to finish.I made the mistake of not having a remedial massage for a number of years and after my appointment I realised just how much discomfort I was in prior. I have Ted as my preferred therapist (I'm sure they are all great). But Ted is a wizard with his techniques and also remembers his clients. He listens and explains what he is doing without taking away from the spa ambience. He even spent some time to give me some stretches at the end which was overtime for him. To me that is outstanding service and showed that he actually cared and that I was not just another customer.I cannot praise Chi Link Massage and Day Spa enough along with Ted's amazing work.Thank you team.

Very popular place, highly recommend booking in advance. Have had 3 sessions for acupuncture. Be aware for these sessions to aid, you need to be specific of your issues for the areas to be pin pointed (no pun intended)!! Highly recommend Wayne who is conscientious of his clients needs

Today I experienced one of the best massages that I have in my life, when I attended Chi massage. The masseuse was wonderful in listening to where I had Kain's and issues, and was delicate in working on my muscle pain.I left the massage feeling 100× better than I did going into it, and I'll certainly be returning.10/10 massage.10/10 service.10/10 presentation of the business.

Today our family had full body remedial massages. I had Yiyi and she was awesome. The pressure was just right, the ambience was so relaxing and everything was clean. I only wish there was a hook and a hanger for the clothes. We look forward to our next visit!

Just NO. Wow, I’ve been in here before and the lady kept pressing me over & over for my number (it’s private and listed as private) happy to give name and basics like last time. I refuse to be a part of their on sold data collection. She wouldn’t take no for an answer. Please understand this is a massage shop, theres no need to give out your number if you don’t want to. Ever. It’s purely data collection.

The best massage! I had 45 minutes on my back by the lovely Susan and she did an amazing job! Perfect pressure, beautiful technique and really helped ease my knots. I will need to come back more often! My back gets quite sore being a massage therapist myself, so I was so happy to feel a massive relief. Thank you!

Deluxe facial voucher given as a present. When arrived receptionist explained that as price had increased by $5 since voucher bought, I would have to pay $5. I explained that was not allowed and did not pay the extra. An hour after the facial my eyes are still streaming from the cream applied too close to my tear ducts. Would not visit again.

Came in for a remedial massage for one hour. When asked what I wanted to have the massage focus on I specified legs and feet. I was told they do not massage feet as part of a remedial massage. Apparently you have to pay separately for a reflexology session and a remedial massage is for whole of bodySo instead of getting one hour of focused on the reason I came in I received nearly 40 minutes of wasted time on shoulders and arms and a token at best massage of the legs.Left without my reason for being there having been addressed. Waste of time and money. Won't be going back.
