Polesque is amazing! I could not recommend it more. The instructors are all so knowledgeable and patient, great at what they do! Mel the owner is top tier and so welcoming to anybody that walks through her door. Whether your just a beginner or a self proclaimed expert I encourage you to try Polesque. The classes are super flexible too! So perfect for FIFO workers, mothers or students! It is a great community to be apart of and I am very thankful to have found this place.

Love Monday’s for the awesome pole fitness! Great way to learn the basics and heaps of fun with new routines. Always a great class and highly recommend for any beginners
