I would rate the assistance zero stars, as the person I rang had no sympathy for my situation, no advice that made sense to an old man (68) with difficulties lifting heavy objects - I can just get the mower around! I have no ute, trailer or any means to get the items to the store (something he didn't seem to completely understand). My edger has stopped working despite being in as new condition. I wish I had never purchased from this company - terrible attitude and customer service - threatened me with the mechanic bill to pickup mower and edger and indicated if he stopped off to have lunch this was still on the clock at the same rate per hour. Apparently his 80-odd year old father can do everything and lift mowers onto trailers, etc., so why can't I?

Speaking to Danny on the phone to understand what I might be missing in using my TruYard CM65 - why my small branches get stuck in the top and how to prevent the larger one's from shooting back out at me on the side - he accuses me of 'not listening'!WHAT?When you say 'this is red' and I ask you back 'what shade of red' - that's NOT listening???You might want to learn some communication skills, Danny in Perth!

Came early to pick up my lawn mower And got abused and told to take my lawnmower and go somewhere else because I have disrupted the sequence order of lawnmowers to get done.He was very abrupt to a long term customer.I said I could bring the lawnmower back next week for the service, and he said to me not to bring it back .I cannot recommend this sort of conversation to a customer .I will stay away from this place, Based on the rudeness to me as a customer he was not corporative to flex for me a different time.
