DO NOT shop here. Placed an order here 8 months ago and have still had no update or shipping notification. If there was an option for 0 stars, then thats what they would be given.Have been calling and emailing for weeks on end with no response to any of them. Worst customer experience! Stay clear! I fear I have lost my money.

I really wanted to like this store due to their wide variety of products and being one of the few who stocks the full ADA line, but each time I deal with them, I regret it.Their website is a complete scam, saying everything is in stock when it clearly isn’t and when you buy it they never ship it out or reply to your correspondence. They rarely ever pick up the phone or reply to messages online and never to emails. When you go in store their prices are much higher than the RRP listed on the website or any other retailers and they make excuses and lies for why their price is much higher. The staff for the most part are also very rude and condescending.I have been to this store over a dozen times and spent a few thousand dollars there but with how I’ve been treated I’ll be going somewhere else.If anyone is interested in an ADA products, I would suggest a store in Kingsford (wont say the name here, but can easily googled). You will be taken care of with much fairer prices and much quicker replies.

Got a tank from them at a good price. Store owner was very helpful. Sadly they have moved to an online exclusive format (as far as I know)

I support the other review. Placed an order. They took my money but no update on dispatching the goods. Called many times - no answer. Emailed as well and again no response. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Now lodged a case with the bank for a credit card refund.

I ordered an aquarium for $400 three months ago and nothing arrived. I tried to contact them many times through multiple ways, but no answer. This is absolutely not right. Run away from this shop!!! I put one start because there is no way to put zero!

Used to have a great range but travelling downhill fast. Previously sold products that weren’t in stock (had to wait for the ship to arrive). Recently had a warranty issue on an item and no responses to my queries / issue not addressed. Currently waited 6 months for a order (which I have paid for) and no responses to online messages or phone calls to the shop (person answering only takes messages apparently). Would only buy in person / purchase online at your own risk.

Complete Scam - do not purchase their online products. I have purchased a Clam online for $619.90 Due to the rarity of the clam they listed on their website, I called them up to check on if they actually have stock. No one picked up the phone until the 3rd day after maybe 20 calls. I was told that they do not have stock, and their terms and conditions dictate they have 60 days. I told them I don't mind waiting as long as they can deliver. I asked them to call me back but I have never received any more communications from them. These days they won't even pick up the phone any more. After numerous attempts as well as online enquiries, I have no choice but to dispute the transaction. Do not waste your time with this vendor as they are a total scam as I wasted 100 days waiting for a product that they never intended on deliverying.

Still waiting for my order from back in February. Sent multiple emails which not a single one has been replied to then they have blocked me on their Facebook page as well. Biggest joke of a company there is

Made two purchases during September last year. Tried to be as patent because we were all going through covid. But after sixty days I called the store multiple times and spoke to the same man. I asked since my order haven’t even been verified, that I’d like a refund. I called a few more times and this guy always said “oh I’ll have to run it by the manager”Now I’ve called ridiculous amounts of time these past few weeks and no ones picked up the phone. No ones replied to my emails. Nothing. I want my money back guys. It’s not fair to do this to people. It’s sad that I’ve had to talk to nsw fair trading about this.
