We really enjoyed our new bed shopping experience. We were visiting Young for a couple of days and thought we'd pop in and check out beds. We both concluded that Ross Turner is the best salesman we've ever met! He was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave us plenty of time to try out different mattresses. Living some distance away we were disappointed we wouldn't be able to purchase our new mattresses (2 for price of 1 deal) from Ross...but it turns out he owns the Wagga store too so we were still able to order. :) Beds were delivered in expected time frame from Wagga store. Excellent service. And we're very happy with our new mattress and pillows! :)

My husband and I were very disappointed with Forty Winks Young NSW today. We have made big purchases in Fyshwick ACT, with no issues. We thought we would take advantage of the Boxing Day Sales, travelling across from Boorowa today to purchase a Queen size mattress. Your sale stated '50% off Store Wide + 10%'. The young salesperson (Brian) couldn't give us the original price. Mattress was displayed as $499, so we expected to at least get it for 1/2 price, that wasn't to be though. We believe this is False Advertising and will be forwarding this to Fair Trading and the ACCC and we are not happy.
