Followmont Transport

DRS Projects have been using Followmont for 12 years and have always found their service to be prompt and professional. I’m writing this review because I wanted to give special mention to Allan and his team at Rocky who have gone above and beyond with their service. Thanks Allan and Team seriously appreciate your effort.

Used them a few times, impress with there curtious staff, nothing was to much of a problem.Impressed with their delivery service including interstate.

Shout out to Tash from Followmont Transport she’s the frontline contact who treats the business like her own. Always ensuring professional and efficient service with a fantastic positive work attitude. A true asset to the company.

My experience with Followmont was nothing short of fabulous. They really live up to their motto, ITS PERSONAL, NOT COMMERCIAL. I have a dining table that was to be transported to me all the way from Sydney but unfortunately the company I bought the table from, went into liquidation. The table was somehow earlier shipped out of their warehouse. Thereafter I was given the goose chase by 2 other transport companies but when I finally found out that it landed with Followmont, the customer service at Followmont was just a breeze. Kudos to Manda who was not only professional, efficient, responsive and reliable, most importantly personal in the service she provided. The driver Adrian who brought the table to me was just as professional and efficient. He realised he could not lift the heavy table himself when he arrived at my house but he immediately arranged for manpower there and then to have it brought into my house. 5 Stars to Followmont!

Probably solved. Subjected to some appalling behaviour by two of their trucks while driving to Cairns. Admin said they would address the issues with those drivers. Well done.

Truck parts taken to followmont Depo Brisbane to be in Rockhampton yesterday rang this morning as they didn't arrive text back later on to tell me they sent my parts to Sydney pay peanuts you get monkeys

Very good service, pleasant friendly ladies who sorted things out in under 5 minutes, very refreshing to be served so well.

I've had to deal with followmont transport for several years and they never get any better. Between freight being delivered damaged or lost constantly (literally every week for us) and not delivered on time we also rarely receive any quality customer service, the staff always has attitude and is rarely helpful with us whether it is a delivery driver or office staff. I've maybe had to deal with 2 pleasant to deal with drivers in my entire time dealing with them. If you have other options ii would highly recommend using them first and keeping followmont as a last resort if possible. The only reason this company still exists in our area is due to it having a monopoly over the other companies close to town.
