I decided to build my first home with The New Home Company in Coolbellup, the team were absolutely wonderful and helped me find the best block and also have designed a beautiful home according to my needs and wants.Phoebe has been a huge help with submitting my Development approval all the way through the pre-start and selection of items. She has always kept me updated and made the process very easy for me.Also, Jason my construction manager has been great with my design process as I am very picky with how I wanted my house built. the knowledge and support from him was excellent.Looking forward to my home being build by The New Home Company and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to build a home with them!! They are fantastic. The sales manager Joe and Rep Chris also helped out with the design process as well.Will be posting photos as my process progresses.Thanks guys

I built a house with these guys in Southern River & was impressed with the quality.I was extremely busy with work but The New Home Company team made my life extremely easy throughout the entire build process.Dylan was great to deal with he kept me updated from start to finish with what was going on. New Home Company assisted us in Building Unit B 21 Smitherson Street, Noranda, WA.Dylan and his team were very professional to deal with. As it was our investment property and our requirement was that we don't want to get involved in decisions for Colour selections, appliances etc . Their interior designer did a great Job and prepared us a Board with paint colours, cabinet doors, tiles, carpet style so that we can visualise the interiors. Our Construction Manager Jason was very experienced and kept us up to date with the progress , he was always available if we had any questions. They used experienced trades which resulted in a well finished house which was leased out within first week of advertising.We had a slight issue with water meter installation, which was sorted out by New Home Company's team .There was no hidden costs or surprises. We will be using them again for our new project and I highly recommend to get a quote from them if you are considering building your first home or Investment Property.

is that really worth it building your house w major big builder ?hi ! my name is soon and I recently built my first family house w NEW HOME COMPANYto be honest, I was only looking for big major company when I started looking for builder for my first family house and obviously I did have lots and lots of research and meeting after meeting w most of major companyhowever, I ends up with NEW HOME COMPANY because of detail and small cares for customermain reason why I gave up w major company was flexibilityif you do have experience organising building property with major companyyes it might have better price caz volume they can buy and hiring sub contracted companies for labourbut you will not have flexibility of what you want and also detailsand at the end the price between major company and small to midium companies are not muchI will not says NEW HOME COMPNAY is perfect caz it will not be truthbuilding house is lots and lots of headache and moving forward and backward with any buildersbut one thing I can guarantee with NEW HOME COMPANY is;they are people who willing to listen to you and make as close as possible with your dream houseone thing I really learn from building my first house was how important the communication with your builder from financing to completionJOE who purchase great land with corner park front spot with cheaper price compare to market priceJASON who supervising all construction of my house and he still come and check all left over part with his responsibilityespecially DYLAN who actually CEO of company …special thanks to DYLAN who supposed not to dealing with small customer like me caz he is CEO of companyhowever, he did take so many phone call and complaint from me to make this house to be close to my ideal houseand honestly, I was one of most annoying customer because I am very pickythe most important thing you need to consider to choose your builder is not price , skill level or reviews … because of you will not find much differenceI do believe the most important and key point is how much your builder willing to listen to what you wantthanks again NEW HOME COMPANY and hope I can build more house in few years time

Have had Renovations completed at my last house and new property and have had a great experience throughout. would recommend this company if your looking to build or renovate.

The New Home Company built my first home and made it an enjoyable experience all the way. Everything was built to my expectations and when any problems occured, these were sorted out promptly. I was introduced to the New Home Company initially over a year ago in early 2019 when I was assessing options for an investment property to be built to turn key with a pretty decent spec. . I did a lot of research and found that NHC suited my needs very and we the same vision, which gave me much peace of mind when about to undertake such a project.Once I signed on and committed to the project an unforeseen delay came up from (my side) and NHC where very compassionate to this and agreed to pause any further work until I was 110% ready to start. I never felt pressured once we had made a commitment. This gesture to me was a taste of what a great company they were to be till the end, and beyond.Once I restarted the project I was put in direct contact with the companies director who personally met me onsite. From there we had an open, and flowing communication channel. Being an investor and a family man I am time poor and I didn't want to be bothered with every tiny detail. I was kept up to date at every stage of the build via short and sweet text pics and emails. The overall build time was a little delayed due to some late winter weather and unforeseeable freight delays due to Covid19, yet really 3 week delay is pretty good in my book! NHC were very accommodating when It came to me keeping the pressure on them to get the project completed.. At no time was I ever given the run around by any of NHCs on site staff.. Earlier on there was however a break down with comms with someone from the office and this was rectified promptly by Dylan the companies director, all good from there. There was one small hiccup with the incorrect blinds being installed and again this was rectified immediately with care and communication. Prior to my final handover I inspected the property for the first time, I doubt there is a build in history that has been finished without a few minor defects and NHC also had a few. There was nothing major and NHC were right on to it to ensure that the minor things were sorted asap.Even before completion I had a 3 year lease term signed and 7 days after completion tenants have moved in. Upon moving in my tenants had a small issue with a light not working and a door latch not closing properly, and without delay or hesitation ( the same day) Dylan Basso and his team at New Home Company were all over it. .Thank you to you all at the New Home Company.For an investment new build or perhaps a first home build definitely look at NHC for your project.

Recently moved in my brand new house that I built with The New Home Company. First time building a house but from the start of the project in January this year, until the end, Dylan has been awesome and made the process stress-free. Great communication, all of my questions were always answered quickly, each steps of the process explained carefully, timelines were respected and there was no bad surprises" at the end.The quality of the house is great and I would use these guys again without hesitation."

I have been waiting for my house to build for so long with minimum information provided. Told that I am supposed to be waiting for rates to drop which was fully made up. Lasts communication with Dylan was about starting the bricks but instead we received a made up story about waiting for the rates to drop instead. Very disappointing to see such unprofessional services. Please avoid it and do not make the same unfortunate mistake as me and my family. Feel badly scammed and taken advantage of in every way possible!
