This local business is excellent..:) Love them and they made me smile..Diagnosed my cactus" burnt computer part.. (GPU) gave me option on solutions.. fixed it.. and not expensive for any of it.I highly recommend them

I bricked by motherboard and sent it in to be repaired, but unfortunately it was unfixable. They gave my comp back for no charge (they even replaced some screws I'd lost and never mentioned it), then gave me advice on the next steps. Really friendly and helpful.

twice I have called this place asking for a part. on 2 ocassions I was told someone would return my call. Both times were in 2020 and again in late 2021. I realise Covid was a terrible time but c'mon guys...thats over 6 months to receive a return call ! I'm never getting that call back am I ?

Chelsea, Tim and all the staff at PCD International were a pleasure to do business with. They fixed my laptop on the same day. I live a bit of a distance from them and when I was having some software issues they even went out of there way to face time and work through the issues with me, they were very patient.5 star service I can't thank them enough for the great service.

We have been dealing with store 88 mercer st for some time now & not being really clever with computers they have always been patient & so helpful with all our needs. Especially during this difficult covid time you really do appreciate kindness - i use headphones on my older laptop for necessary health appointments via zoom, they stopped working & had get into store for help quickly & they replaced them. Bless them for their service & care, would so recommend them to anyone so please support them particularly during these times. Thank you so much, from tracy.
