Blooms Florist Taree

I used Blooms to send a fruit, chocolate & flowers box to my sister in hospital. The arrangement was lovely, my special request was no trouble for them, and the service was very friendly. Would definitely use them again. Very happy customer!

The flowers arrived incredibly late on a Saturday (after 5pm) that I had to spoil the surprise by asking the recipient (my mum) whether she had received them yet. When they arrived they looked half dead and were not at all like what I asked for. I asked for a colourful bouquet like what was shown on their Instagram page and my mum was sent a white and purple bouquet. Very disappointing. I will not be using this florist ever again.

Such a delight going into Blooms Florist to get flowers for a birthday or another occasion. It's never a problem to make up a bouquet when I pop in. I bought a lovely arrangement for very special friend for her birthday. They have lasted long time. The flowers are fresh and vibrant. Thank you for your business

Gail and her husband and family treat me like an old friend whenever I call in. Recently Gail and her daughter took a lot of time and trouble making just the perfect arrangement of dried flowers for a gift for a family member for me. They bend over backwards to give the best customer service possible. Plus they have an amazing variety of unique gifts in their shop. Wonderful people!!

I would give a no star rating if it were possible. Paid $100 for a delivery of beautiful roses in a glass vase to be delivered before noon. The flowers did not arrive by 1pm so called and was advised the courier had picked them up at 10am and so should expect them soon and she would follow up and call back. An hour later, having not heard back, tried calling again only to get an answering machine. Again, no return call. Drove to the shop to discuss and was told the original courier could not be contacted so another arrangement had been made and shipped off with a different courier and the recipient should have the flowers now. Advised the girl I had just left the home and the flowers had still not arrived. She said she would follow up yet again. At no time did I recieve an apology for the problems encountered. The final upshot is the flowers were finally delivered about 5.30pm and contained only 3 roses surrounded by a bunch of rubbish flowers which I assume were the remnants of the days flowers. I am absolutely appalled and dismayed that I paid $100 for something I could have bought from Safeway a third of the cost.Re response from the owner:The review is for Blooms florist in Taree.I may live Victoria but was VISITING NSW and I can assure this person WAS in the shop at the time. The reference to Safeway was merely a comparison of supermarket flowers.
