Nick Scali

Just purchased a suite at the seconds store and the salesman Alli with extremely helpful and informative. With this extremely satisfying experience we purchased a lovely suite. We visited a few other stores but Ali helped us make a decision.

ok so first thing I want to make clear is that the staff at the clearance outlet in osi park were great , very helpful and a pleasure to deal with ,no complaint about them .My compliant is company policies , I went there because I knew I was buying discontinued / floor stock and that it was the actual item seen that you purchase with this in mind one would assume a fairly quick delivery time !!!! I was told the items would not be collected from the store until the following Thursday ( 9 days time ) and that I would receive them the following Friday ( total of 17 days from purchase ) I then asked if I could arrange pick up myself and was told no Nick Scali do not allow that , as I need the furniture quickly I was going to look around and see if anything was available closer to home in a quicker time frame . I then asked if I got home and decided to go ahead with the purchase and wait the 2 weeks + for delivery if I could ring and place the order over the phone the answer was no they don't do that ether , the lady was very apologetic but said it was company policy etc , I work in retail and totally understand she has to abide by company rules but it is very frustrating and realy doesn't make it easy to purchase ,I was also concerned if the items were left over a week on the shop floor how do I know there wont be any damage done during that time , its a shame as I do love their furniture but has certainly put me off purchasing from them in the future

Spent the morning with Nishi from the Osborne Park branch and couldn’t be happier with her service and advice. She was very knowledgeable across all products in the shop and looked after us with delivery dates (and price). We’ll definitely be back for more!

Started well inside the store found some good items including couch and table. Forced to pay $280 delivery as their policy states has to be delivered. Booked in and gave them 4 weeks notice as that was the LATEST they could deliver/hold in to the items. After 4 weeks we receive a message saying it will be another 3 weeks. We bought at a clearance store so we did not have to wait and here we are 7 weeks later and hoping for the furniture still yet to arrive. After multiple phone calls all they can say is sorry cannot do anything.

Avoid Nick Scali by all means.Brought in more than $10k of furniture.Some of the staff are the next level non-helpful and rude once the purchase has been made.Delivery times are very random and not in line what they said.Delivered wrong items and non-responsive.
