Terrible customer service, with a poor attitude. I was turned away to be told they were closed. I said I only wanted to ask questions, yet the response I got was no, you need to email them through. Worst customer experience ever. She did not have the time of day to listen to my questions, so I surely would not let her look after my dog. Website is very misleading.

Fantastic place to leave your fur baby. Not a concrete jungle like some places but a sheltered 'stable' and plenty on running around outside during the day. The guys really seem to care too. Used for extended stays twice now and they are our first choice in the future. Strongly recommended.

The lady who I dealt with over the phone was completely lacking in customer service skills, unprofessional and rude .. I took it she was having a bad day, booked my dog in, dropped her off, the man was lovely (that's where my only star goes to) .. as was very timid, nervous and anxious I tried to call for 3 days, email to see how she was and no response!!!! I worried the whole trip I was away! We even came home a day earlier as I was so worried, a simple email would've fixed that! Would not reccomend this place

Trying to find the place... Unable so called, only to be told we have to email her and book to have a look.... Errrm no! I drove all the way here and you expect me to email you... Nope! Going elsewhere!

Angela is an awesome woman who takes the time to work with you and your dog and encourages you every step of the way without making you feel like you know nothing! My dog loves coming here for jetty jumping on the weekend!

Went for Dock Diving and didn't get a lot of information or guidance. Paying really to let your dog jump in the pool
