Nic was fabulous, we cannot speak highly enough on all fronts about him as a person, and as a chef. Our six course in home dining experience was seamless and delicious. Nic has such passion for what he does it’s contagious!!Using the finest produce from his sources in the Yarra Valley he manages to create the most amazing food!I have never tasted so incredibly delicious and healthy food!But the experience is so much more than just eating food that tastes great. Through his passion he takes you on this magical journey that somehow awakens the senses taking it to another level. I will never forget.To top it all off practicality wise, Nic brings everything needed for a successful dinner party, is very open and happy to share his expansive knowledge, serves each course as he explains his creation and then cleans up and leaves you to ponder what you’ve just enjoyed.His communication throughout the booking process can’t be faulted either.I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Nic experience, in fact everyone deserves to treat themselves!Thank you so much Nic
