I’ve been at Energize for 10 years. I’m so happy since Nick has taken, over ,, very knowledgeable man , personal trainers are very good ,24 hour access to the gym.it’s a gym for everyone. ,, if you commit the gym will get you results ,, very friendly no pressure.

Energize is exactly that. Energizing. Rewind back five or so years and you’ll find an obese, 15 year old kid, eager to lose weight and even more eager to not have to do it beside burly bodybuilders twice my size, or under the smug gaze of expert gymnasts judging my every move. I was shy, lacking in self-confidence and had absolutely no idea where to start - turns out all I needed to do was walk up a flight of stairs. I’ll never forget my first walk-in consult. Back then, my only goal was to shed some fat, but the on-site PT, with a wide smile and a few quick questions told me that we were gonna win back my confidence, health and that I was gonna pack on a few pounds of muscle while we were at it. Long story short, I lost 25 kilos in my first two years, and these days I’m close to maxing out the weight on a couple of the machines too. I feel better about myself and my body than I ever have, and although it took a lot of hard work, the PTs at Energize were with me every step of the way, offering expert exercise and diet plans, and absolutely no judgement. If you’re looking to avoid big, foreboding rooms loaded with intimidating equipment (and people), do yourself a favour and check out our fitness family. Friendly staff. 24 hour access. People from all walks of life catching up for walks on the treadmill. My advice? Don’t let fear hold you back when there’s such an energizing path forward.

I have been a member of the Forestville Energize studio for about 2 years now. Absolutely the best gym I’ve used over some 20 years, totally welcoming and non pretentious. The staff are extremely dedicated and professional. The owner, Nick is a deadset legend and very community focused, caring and supportive. Couldn’t recommend this gym any higher.

Absolutely awesome gym!Staff are great and readily available to answer any questions whilst providing a good culture for all.Gym is smaller than most but has everything you need for a great workout and isn't too crowded.Would highly recommend!!

Recently started going to energize gym love it so much I got my friends to come along!! Energize is such a comfortable place if you’re insecure about working out especially in front of other people. Environment feels so welcoming and the trainers are amazing to work with or even just chat with. Have only been going for 5 months and wouldn’t even consider changing gyms!! Plus the new smith machine has my heart :))

I joined Energize express about 3 years ago and it was the best move I’ve ever made. I was feeling very sluggish & not happy with my weight. The gym has this lovely comfortable vibe, and everyone is part of the gym community you can chat to people if you want or just get on with the job. The trainers are so dedicated in helping you achieve your goals. Each year they have an 8 week challenge & boy does it work as my first year in I won . I lost weight but gained muscle mass I have never looked back I feel fit, fabulous & thru the guidance of my trainer Deb eat a much more balanced diet.

The wonderful trainers at Energize Express really take the time to work with us to provide an excercise plan that is appropriate for our lifestyle and expectations. Deb and Nick were a shining light during 2020 lockdown and kept us fit and motivated even while we were staying at home.

Trainers are all lovely, friendly and open to questions. Energise appealed to me because it was a safe space for me to go to the gym and lift weights as a beginner in a friendly environment- and that's exactly what I got! I love the community aspect and recommend to anyone looking for a convenient, good value gym to get started on your fitness journey.

Inspiring, motivational and incredibly professional. Nick and the team provide expert training for people of all ages and fitness. Nick helped me get back to running after a knee injury and I saved so much time and money avoiding physio.I have recommended Energise fitness to many friends as it is a gem of a studio!!
