Well, they got what they paid for and created no end of trouble for us. In short, after $100K's of damage to our property, we had to rely on the expertise of Lukas and his team. Lukas committed to assist us to design and deliver a house on budget, took our money and came in 70% OVER budget. We could not understand how someone with (apparently) so much industry knowledge wouldn't have the foresight and professionalism to stop early into our engagement and cancel the contract or at least advise. Instead Lukas was more focused on getting docs signed, taking our money, and NOT delivering what was promised - can't say just how disappointed I am. I'll be taking this further.
