TWW Wacol ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Twice now I have found the customer service to be professional, respectful and pleasant.It was not an easy task to find boots to suit my foot size but Sam went the extra mile and I am very happy with my purchase.I realised as I was leaving that I had stayed past their closing time, and was still treated with respect.Staff are worth their weight in bonuses.

Lovely, helpful staff. We found the prices were, on some stuff, cheaper then and much better quality then other work wear stores. Well set and very easy to get too find.

Totally Workwear (Wacol) Has a great range of the top quality products and amazing customer service. When i went in to buy my first ever pair of work boots Jacinta didn't get annoyed when i had no idea what I wanted. She stayed with me while I tried on nearly every pair of boots until I found the right pair for me. Will definitely be returning in the future.Thank you

Great customer service and they have a good variety of brands. They can be expensive but everything is good quality so it is 100% worth it. I will definitely be back.

I went to TWW wacol walked in with a specific shoe in mind to purchase, they didn’t have my size 10.5 in camel colour nor black, in any of the 3 variations. They ordered me in the correct size with a 5 day wait.The sales person asked if there was anything else they could help me with, I said yes I would like some shorts, when a new customer walked into the store the salesman greeted them and tended to their needs leaving me hanging around with out help.I walked out unimpressed some days later I received a phone call telling me my boots had arrived. When I went in store to collect I was greeted at the door and tried on my new boots, but unfortunately not in black which I specifically wanted. The salespersons response was “maybe I misunderstood what you wanted”. Black boots in 10.5 ain’t to hard to understand!!!!!I had to settle with camel coloured boots as I WAS NOT WAITING another week for TWW to remedy.I will not be returning to your store nor recommending your store to my staff or anyone for that matter.

They have amazing staff who went out of their way to help me . They found my receipt from around 2 months ago bye matching my shoe and size , replaced the shoes for me also put a pair aside . Th be staff called me to keep me informed of what was going on with my questions . They have my gratitude and respect for the way they treated me at total work wear. Thank you to their staff for the help and respect they showed me .

We were told that we could return a pair of NewBalance steel cap boots, got terrible feet, had to return... faced a rude manager saying they didn't know the returns on that product.Wasn't going to leave with out refund. Got the refund but was a very unpleasant experience.
